What is yin yoga?

Yin yoga is meditative stretching practice that incorporates a series of floor poses that are held for three to eight minutes long. The longer poses allow the body to breakdown existing fascia and help our bodies move more easefully throughout the day. Yin Yoga aids in deep sleep, relaxation, flexibility and so much more. I highly recommend doing yin yoga in the evening to prepare your body for a wonderful deeps nights rest.
